I've been in the bay area for 10 years, and there are few people I would recommend as highly for anything as Doniel! He helped us years ago when our water heater sprung a leak right after we moved into our first home and helped a clueless family navigate that problem with ease and confidence. Then when a particularly difficult to solve issue happened recently, he was quick to respond and went so far above and beyond what I would expect from anyone to help until not only it was fixed, but he also taught me so much about my own system and how it works and to fix it. I had a great experience with "Just In Time Water Heaters". Doniel showed up the next morning with a new 50 gallon water heater after I made a call at 9:30pm and left a message the night before. He returned my call within 5 minutes! He arrived on time and called me 30 before his arrival. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and installed my new water heater within 2 hours. Called for repair of the ignition on our 12 year old Natural Gas Rheem tank heater.  Dispatch was prompt, Doniel arrived on time, showed us the corrosion on the existing tank, and recommended replacment.  The price for a new 40 gallon Bradford & White was fair and he completed the work while ensuring the tank was properly vented and strapped and added a new catch pan. This guy was the first local plumber to answer and respond to my call and could quickly replace our old water heater that had obviously failed and was leaking all over our garage floor. He identified the issues that needed to be brought up to code and improved the water heater installation and ventilaton, and so I trust the quality of his work as well. His quality of work and his attentiveness lives up to his businesses name. He also explained his reccomendation of water heater brands and the relative quality between an american made Bradford White water heater vs the other brands sold at Home Depot and Lowes.
